Immerse yourself in the friendly yet powerful experience of a wilderness wood-fired sauna experience. With nothing but comfort and safety in mind  I have found the perfect atmosphere to rejuvinate in nature.

Heat is only half the experience,
then comes the cold.
After (or before) basking in the warmth of the sauna, take the plunge into icy water for an exhilarating contrast that will leave you feeling refreshed and alive. Make it a quick dip to cool off or a couple minutes to push your expectations of what you are capable of.

Prior to each wilderness sauna immersion we will turn our phones off and immerse in the sacred energy of the forest teepee, where we will sit in silence and choose a sankalpa ( positive thought to bring to fruition) The sauna session will finish with a 30 minute guided yoga nidra in the teepee by the fire.
