9:00-9:30 Soft Props warm up

9:30-10:30 Yoga Class

10:30-12:30- Meditation

12:30-1:30- Lunch

1:30-3:30 - Sound and Vocal sessions

3:30-4:00- Yoga NIdra/ heart mapping, tuning forks.

Tracey Delfs, B.Kin, CPCC, CYT

Tracey Delfs, founder of www.balancequest.com, is a Certified Life & Mindset Coach with over 20 years of experience. She dedicated 15 years to part-time study with Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and has led more than 75 mindfulness, meditation, and yoga retreats. As a mental wellness and stress management speaker, Tracey has worked with numerous organizations in Calgary and several of Canada’s Olympic teams. Her Calm Mind Mindfulness Meditations Podcast has attracted over 400,000 followers. Tracey is passionate about helping others calm their minds, embrace the present moment, and find more joy in their daily lives.


Day camp experience:

Throughout the camp, Tracey Delfs will introduce you to practical mindfulness sessions aimed at quieting the mind, enhancing emotional balance, and alleviating stress. You’ll experience guided meditations, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and mindful walks in nature. Tracey will also explore the Power of Presence and offer strategies for adopting a more mindful approach to daily life.

By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel renewed, equipped with accessible mindfulness tools that integrate effortlessly into your routine, allowing you to remain more fully in the present moment.

Lisa Cyr ERYT500.

Lisa is a passionate yoga teacher who has been sharing her love for mindfulness and movement since 2011. On the mat, she infuses intelligent alignment and sequencing with adventure and curiosity through the seamless integration of invigorating asana, breathwork, sound, and self-exploration. Her sound offerings are an invitation for people to actively participate in the experience of sound through toning, vocal meditations, soundscapes, and more.

 Originally from Calgary, Lisa has spent many years living and traveling in various countries across the globe, immersing herself in different cultures. Currently residing in Revelstoke with her daughter, she teaches weekly classes at Balu Yoga. Lisa's training includes 200-hour programs with Gayatri Yoga, and Meghan Currie; and has completed 300-hour programs with Gayatri Yoga, and Danielle Pechie (Critical Alignment and Yoga Therapy). She has also pursued training in Acutonics and has received vocal training through years of singing in choirs and vocal ensembles.

Danielle's passion is grounded in bringing students into safe, challenging and well understood movement patterns.

We will begin the day  with a short anatomy overview and then Danielle will curate a practice integrating the Critical Alignment props. Working with the CAT props gives you the opportunity to  feel into your body so that the felt experience can be translated into intelligent and sensible yoga asana.

Everyday we will explore a different part of the body and relate our asana to that movement connection.
